A Christmas limited edition full of festive flavours. This year, we’ve prepared special Christmas packaging filled with coffee from the family-run Don Eli micro mill in Costa Rica’s Los Santos region.
Carlos Montero and his son Jacob are behind the selection and processing of this coffee. For this edition, they chose the Catuai variety, processed using the anaerobic natural method. Carefully selected ripe cherries undergo 5–6 days of fermentation in sealed tanks before being slowly dried on raised beds.
Expect pronounced sweetness with notes of fruit jelly, cherry liqueur, sweet rum and tropical fruits. The long finish brings layers of chocolate and warming Christmas spices.
