Ironically, we comment on the events and questions of gastronomy, around which people walk on tiptoe. When we see a wasp nest, we look around for a stick. After ten years of working in Czech gastronomy and five years of developing a specialty coffee roastery, we sit down behind the microphone and want to share our experiences from the coffee scene.
