Frequently asked questions
Subscriptions are shipped every Tuesday. You can order them to be delivered once a month or once every two weeks. Date of your first shipment is to be picked when selecting your subscription.
Coffee is a seasonal product, so our selection changes based on current availability from individual countries of origin. As part of your subscription, we will always send you the best coffee we are currently roasting.
Please check your payment card details stored in Stripe. We roast coffee every Tuesday, and subscription payments are processed automatically. The first payment attempt occurs the day before roasting, the second on the day of roasting, and the final attempt takes place on the following Monday. Your coffee will be included in the roasting batch only after a successful payment.
You can update your payment card directly in your user account under the specific subscription details. If the payment fails on the third attempt, the subscription will be cancelled. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account in the "Subscription" section. For a specific subscription, click on the "Edit" field and then select "Cancel subscription" in the lower left corner.
The subscription can be canceled no later than one day before the scheduled payment date.
The end date of the subscription can be set when creating it, so there is no need to cancel it manually later.

When placing your order, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best. We deliver subscriptions in the following ways:
- DPD / GLS courier
The shipment will be delivered to the address you specify. The carrier will inform you of the delivery date in advance by email or SMS. If the courier is unable to reach you, you can redirect the shipment to another day, address, or pickup point. - DPD / GLS Pick Up Point
You can pick up your coffee at the carrier's selected pickup point at a time that suits you. You will receive a notification as soon as the shipment is ready for pickup. - Personal pickup
You can pick up your coffee in person at Tiskařská 12, Prague 10 – Malešice, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
You can pause your subscription at any time in your account in the "Subscription" section. For a specific subscription, click on the "Edit" field and then select "Suspend" on the left side.
We always deduct payments one day before roasting. If you cancel your subscription after the payment has been deducted, the current shipment will still be sent, and the suspension will only take effect for the next shipment. For more detailed information, please see the terms and conditions.
You can change your payment card directly in your account's subscription settings. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment gateway to enter the new card details.
