Every family has its own recipe for Christmas gingerbread - ours combines the aroma of honey and spices with the taste of caramelized hazelnuts and 70% chocolate. We have broken the gingerbread and mixed it with a fine praline. You may not recognize them at first glance, but you will feel their warm taste and spicy aroma with the first bite. Velvety dark chocolate then provides the perfect contrast to the sweet, crunchy filling.
