Compak flat grinding burrs are made of K110 tempered steel, which ensures long life, stable performance, and consistent grinding results. The standard geometry of the burrs is ideal for espresso, providing a balanced flavor, even extraction, and reliable performance in daily operation.
Variants:
- 83 mm – compatible grinders: Compak F8, Bolt 83, E8 OD, R8, resistance up to 800 kg of ground coffee*
- 64 mm – compatible grinders: Compak Bolt 64, E6 OD, K6, resistance up to 600 kg of ground coffee*
*Values apply to medium roast coffee and espresso settings; stone wear has a direct impact on the grinding time of a single batch.
