A chance to sample the current selection of coffee from our roastery

Whether you’re a complete beginner at cupping, haven’t had a chance to try it yet, or you attend sessions regularly – come join us! Cupping is a controlled coffee tasting session where samples of roasted and ground coffee are brewed with hot water and then tasted using a characteristic sipping technique. The goal is to prepare all samples under exactly the same conditions to eliminate the influence of preparation methods and highlight the true characteristics of each coffee. During cupping, the aroma, flavor, sweetness, acidity, body, and aftertaste of the coffee are evaluated, and the differences between the individual samples are compared. It is an ideal way to better understand coffee and discover the diversity of flavors offered by different varieties, processing methods, and origins.
