We built the taste of this bar on premium essential oil of lime and smoked sea salt. The oil brings a distinct freshness and a pleasant citrus aroma, while the natural sweetness of the milk chocolate is enhanced by Maldon sea salt, hand-picked on the English coast. Lime chocolate is ideal for those moments when you want to enjoy summer to the fullest. Simply close your eyes and let yourself be transported to a place where the sun never sets.

The basis of this bar is our milk chocolate, which we made from premium cocoa beans and high-quality organic whole milk from the Austrian Alps.

The beans come from the Semuliki rainforest, which is located in western Uganda and is part of one of the oldest and least disturbed ecosystems in all of Africa. Organic cocoa beans are purchased from around 1,000 certified smallholder farmers here at a premium price and then processed centrally by Lattitude. The company was founded in 2016 with the mission of bringing the unique taste of Ugandan cocoa to the world while improving the lives of thousands of local households.

Lattitude also provides farmers with insurance, financial support and training in various areas from organic farming to financial literacy as part of its program. It boasts B Corporation certification, which means the highest standards of social and environmental sustainability. Thanks to its activities, the unique ecosystem of the Semuliki rainforest is preserved for future generations.
