In this workshop we will show and practically try out 3 great innovations in the preparation of filtered coffee.

Solo dripper -  is one of the newest brewers on the market, which quickly gained attention and the highest ranks, last year George Jinyang Peng won the world brewers cup with it and its author Jackie Tran took 6th and 4th place at the world championship and became one of the most successful Czech representatives. This definitely shows quality and is worth attention.

Ceado Hoop - if someone says that filtering coffee is a complicated process, you have to show them Hoop, the winner for the new product at the world coffee fair in Athens 2023 will get you through simple preparation without compromising the quality of coffee.

Hario switch - The Japanese ceramic company Hario is already known to almost everyone, their latest addition to the product line is the "switch" dripper, which has already managed to officiate at the world championship and this year defended its primacy in the hands of Nas Jaafar.

We will focus on suitable starter recipes for making coffee with these new products. By comparing recipes, you will have the chance to find out which method suits you best. We will also touch on the influence of grinding and other variables on the resulting taste of coffee.

During the workshop, there will also be room for your own recipes, if you already have experience with brewing, which we can analyze, modify and fine-tune together. Various equipment and several types of coffee will be available to compare different approaches and tastes. If you want, you can also bring your own grinder or a recipe that you usually work with.

The goal of the workshop is for you to decide which brewer is right for you. They learned to find the patterns of recipes and gained more control over the resulting cup even when preparing it at home.
