Only perfectly ripe cherries are hand-picked before undergoing a 60-hour aerobic fermentation, followed by a fully washed process and a slow 20-day drying period in covered drying beds. In the cup, Orange Bourbon reveals bright orange notes, delicate hints of clove, and the lingering sweetness of raw cane sugar.
