Dhilgee Siko #1 comes from the Siko washing station in Uraga, Guji, where around 500 smallholder farmers grow coffee at 2,100–2,250 masl. Rich red soils, high altitude and careful selection contribute to the clarity and complexity of the coffees produced here.

This washed lot is fermented for 24–72 hours, followed by washing, density sorting and a 6-hour soak. The coffee is then dried slowly for around 13 days and carefully hand-sorted.

In the cup, it is structured, clean and deeply sweet, with layers of peach, apricot jam and orange marmalade. Floral tea, brown sugar and sweet barley add depth, while a subtle hop character brings an unusual edge. The finish is long, coating and elegant.
