Behind the coffee are Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera - among Honduras’ most respected producers and long-standing partners of Nordic Approach. Their family has spent decades refining every stage of cultivation and processing, earning recognition in the Cup of Excellence and international quality competitions. Every harvest reflects their relentless pursuit of precision, consistency, and terroir expression.
