For our anniversary, we’ve chosen a true Ethiopian gem – Burtukaana Danche #11 Organic, roasted exclusively for espresso. Thanks to the Anaerobic Natural process, this coffee reveals a full, dense body and intense fruity character, with juicy notes of ripe fruit and a subtle boozy touch. In the cup, you’ll find sweetness, depth, and a long clean finish – a celebration of the very best from the Ethiopian highlands.

The coffee comes from the Danche Washing Station in Chelbesa, Gedeo, where more than 400 smallholder farmerscarefully cultivate their cherries at altitudes of 2000–2300 m.a.s.l. The slow ripening at these elevations results in outstanding complexity and character, confirmed by a cupping score of 86.5 points.
