Fika - a moment for yourself
Being a mom and finding enough time for yourself at the same time doesn't have to be easy. We would like our new chocolate to be an opportunity for mothers to enjoy a well-deserved moment of rest.
We named the chocolate in Swedish - Fika. That's exactly what they call a coffee break and something sweet to go with it in Sweden. And it also tastes like Sweden. We seasoned it with warm cardamom, which is typical for Scandinavian cuisine, and baked a traditional Swedish butter-caramel kolasnittar cookie on top. Before you bite into the chocolate with this soft in the middle and crunchy on the edges cookie, just one thing is enough. Pour yourself a cup of good coffee like the Swedes and fika can begin.
Ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic dried cane juice, organic cocoa butter, kolasnittar biscuit (plain flour, butter, cane sugar, honey, soda), cardamom
