Our cocoa powder is a 100% natural product made from selected cocoa beans. It is unalkalized, which means that it has not undergone a chemical treatment process. Thanks to this, it retains its varied fruity taste, aroma and a number of health-promoting substances.

This family-owned business, located in the heart of the Duarte province, has long-term cooperation with dozens of small farmers living in the surrounding villages, providing them with expert guidance, fair purchase prices and, if necessary, financial assistance. The beans are grown in harmony with nature - without chemicals, in the shade of tropical trees, with respect for biodiversity and local communities. Owners Adriano de Jesus Rodriguez and Gualberto Acebey Torrejon have more than 50 years of experience in growing and processing cocoa, and their approach and knowledge ensure consistent and excellent quality. Thanks to precise fermentation and gentle drying, the local beans have a delicate, balanced flavor profile with notes of nuts, dried fruits and spices.
