is relatively rare and you may often see it at coffee competitions, thanks to its light yet very complex taste.
Our lot is processed anaerobically and dry - naturally, but definitely don't expect over-fermented vinegar nonsense.
Apricots, black tea, lemon sorbet, or even passion fruit, all this, maybe even much more, we found in the taste...
