Sítio Três Barras #2 is a standout Brazilian specialty coffee from Divinolândia in the Mogiana Paulista region, produced by Manassés Sampaio Dias. Grown at 1270–1300 masl and processed as a natural Obatã, this lot reflects the farm’s focused approach to quality, careful hand-harvesting, and slow sun-drying on raised beds.
In the cup, the coffee is bright and floral with a dense, juicy profile. Expect notes of plum and red grape, dried yellow fruits, and plum jam, layered with cocoa and dark fruit sweetness. The cup is clean and structured, offering a syrupy mouthfeel, honey-like sweetness, and a long, elegant finish.
Beyond flavor, Sítio Três Barras is committed to sustainability and responsible farming. Reduced agrochemical use, regenerative practices, and fair working conditions are central to the farm’s philosophy, making this coffee not only expressive and competition-ready, but also thoughtfully produced from seed to cup.
